Sharing domain abuse data with other members.
Further analyzing and scanning data submitted by the members to generate useful information and corresponding security reports.
Adding data to our database of known or potential domain abuse, in order to continue to advance the security industry's understanding of online threats.
Developing new features to improve or refine the Services.
Developing and providing information to the Community.
Protecting and securing the Site, including the networks and systems through which we provide the Services.

When you contact us about the Services, we may keep a record of your communication to help us resolve issues and to safeguard you, the Members, and the Services against fraud and abuse. We may also send you administrative messages related to your account or use of the Services. You cannot opt-out of administrative messages.

Retention, Deletion & Export

We take steps to ensure that the personal information that you provide is retained by IDADX for only as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Sometimes business and legal requirements require us to retain certain information for specific purposes for an extended period of time. Reasons we might retain some data for longer periods of time include:

Security, fraud & abuse prevention
Complying with legal or regulatory requirements
Ensuring the continuity of our services

For the members, please note that you can delete your account by contacting us, but you cannot delete abuse data that you have submitted.

Information We Share With Customers

We may share the personal information we collect as described in this Privacy Policy with our customers. When you submit URL abuse, the customer can view information from the URL including IP, who submitted the abuse url, and whether the url is still active.

Please read these terms and conditions (The "Agreement") carefully, as they govern your access and use of the IDADX services. These terms and conditions constitute a legal and binding agreement between you and IDADX.

Whether you are a member of the public or member of us using and contributing data to the Service, by using any part of the Service, you agree and consent to these Terms of Service including terms that limit our liability or affect your legal rights, any referenced and incorporated guidelines and policies, the terms of our Privacy Policy (which explains how we may collect, use and share personal information you provide to us). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent to us that you have authority to bind that business or entity to these Terms, and that business accepts these Terms.

Each of the following words or terms used in these Terms and Conditions has the following meanings below unless the word or term in its usage expressly stipulates otherwise.

Attack, or attempt to attack our Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

Safe Participation in the Community

You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and of legal age to form a binding contract.

IDADX offers certain functionality that may require the creation of a personal account (e.g. to participate in the IDADX Membership). You promise to provide us with accurate, complete and updated registration information. Depending on the information provided in the registration and profile building process, your account may uniquely identify you. Any comment, post or other activity you engage in with the Community when using your account will generate content attributed to you ("Content").

To the extent you use any password/keys/credentials to access the Service, you are exclusively responsible for generating unique and complex credentials, safeguarding them, and for any activities or actions taken on the Service using such credentials. You may not transfer your account to anyone else.

Changes in Service

The Service provided by IDADX is constantly evolving, and the form and nature of the Service that IDADX provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you. Any changes to the Service, including the release of new IDADX features, are subject to the Terms then in effect. In addition, IDADX may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Service (or any features within the Service) without providing prior notice. We also retain the right to create limits on your use of the Service including storage, at our sole discretion, at any time without prior notice to you.

About These Terms

Please note that we may update and amend these Terms from time to time and any changes will be posted on the Site. By continuing to access the Service after any changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

The failure of IDADX to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. In the event that any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
