Protect your legitimate domain from being suspended when it is wrongly flagged for abuse. Submit a whitelist request below so IDADX won't auto-suspend it on a false-positive detection.

Approval Criteria

All four criteria below must be met for your request to be approved.

Domain Age & WHOIS

Domain must be at least 2 years old with a clean, verifiable WHOIS record.

Eligible Sector

Domain must belong to one of these sectors: banking, media, government, marketplace/e-commerce, or education — with supporting documentation.

Clean IDADX Record

The domain must not have appeared in any IDADX abuse report in the past 12 months.

Security Contact

A dedicated security contact via WhatsApp is required, with a maximum response SLA of 12 hours.
